KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Primarily focused on attaining and maintaining aggressive growth in the number of licensed real estate agents.
- Ability to build powerful relationships with high proven growth capabilities both on recruitment and training.
- Must oversee the hiring, training and developments of the recruits.
- Should demonstrate strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents.

- Strong verbal leadership and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Adept in technology and digital marketing.
